The final decisions on the application of the accessory sanctions provided for in Article 460 of the PCC are published on this Portal and remain here for the whole period of disqualification.
To date there are no records on accessory sanctions for publication.
On 14 and 15 January 2016, IMPIC received a delegation from India, composed of representatives of the Indian Ministries of Finance and of Commerce and Industry, in the context of a technical visit sponsored by the European Commission’s DG GROW.
This visit was held within the framework of TAIEX, the Technical Assistance Information Exchange Instrument of the European Commission, and aimed at sharing experience with the Indian authorities as regards the implementation of e-Procurement and transparency tools in a European Union Member State, namely Portugal, because of the progress it has made in this area.
The event was also attended by representatives of the Autoridade da Concorrência (the Portuguese competition authority), eSPap (the agency for the Public Administration shared services) and the Instituto Superior Técnico (a Portuguese high school of Engineering, Science and Technology, and Architecture).
