The Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA, the Portuguese Environment Agency) shall be responsible for following up and monitoring the implementation of the ENCPE 2020, in coordination with the Entidade de Serviços Partilhados da Administração Pública (ESPAP, I.P., the Portuguese Managing Body of Public Administration Shared Services), the Serviços Partilhados do Ministério da Saúde (SPMS – EPE, the Shared Services of the Portuguese Ministry of Health) and the Instituto dos Mercados Públicos, do Imobiliário e da Construção (IMPIC, I.P., the Institute of Public Procurement, Real Estate and Construction).
