5. Responsible use of the services made available by Public Procurement Portal (the BASE Portal)
The BASE Portal provides users with a number of options that enable thematic searches, as well as the corresponding data processing and the presentation of their results.
Its use is subject to specific rules and restrictive provisions aimed at preventing a misuse of the Portal or disturbances in its normal operation, a situation that might degrade the quality of the services it provides to the users, disrupt its availability or affect the integrity of the statistical information system relating to national public procurement.
Therefore, in case of abuses, IMPIC - the managing body of the BASE Portal – reserves the right to take measures that may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of access by the user.
IMPIC also reserves the right to restrict accesses for searches by automatic systems during the period between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and limit the number of requests to a maximum of 2000 records per session, in order to ensure the integrity of the system and the quality of the service for all users
