eCertis is a tool aimed at facilitating the participation in public procurement procedures within the European Union. It is intended to support the different parties involved in public procurement – the contracting entities and the tenderers.
This on-line information system identifies the characteristics of the documents requested in the Member States of the European Union during the formation and performance phases of public contracts.
