The electronic DEUCP service (European Single Procurement Document - ESPD) provided by the European Commission will be phased out by April 2019.
Since the obligation to use DEUCP remains in force, IMPIC, I.P. now makes the same service available, free of charge, on the BASE Portal: DEUCP.
