In June 2020, 123 more competition announcements were published than in the previous month. June's announcements represent a 151.8% increase in expected expenditure, with a positive variation over the same period in 2019, both in number of procedures (+302) and in relation to expected expenditure (+1 625 M €). 2 062 contracts were reported to the BASE portal compared to May 2020. Thus, a decrease was noted both in the number of contracts (-15.8%) and in terms of contracted expenses (-265 M €). In year-on-year terms (compared to the same month of the previous year), in June 2020, 596 more contracts (+ 5.7%) and 123 M € (+ 24.6%) were reported to the BASE portal than in June 2019.
