Decree-Law no. 18/2020, of 23 April, establishes exceptional and temporary measures regarding the epidemiological situation of the new coronavirus - COVID-19.
Article 2-A of Decree-Law no. 10-A / 2020 (added by Decree-Law no. 18/2020) established the possibility of exceptional use of the Simplified Direct Adjustment to the extent strictly necessary and for reasons of imperative urgency, exclusive to 4 entities foreseen in the diploma.
